About Us IconStillwater Estates offers a relaxing lake community with quick and easy access to the major highways for daily commuting.  Stillwater Estates is a private lake community which consists of a lake, beach, tennis courts, basketball court and clubhouse.  Located in the heart of the Poconos, Stillwater Estates is close to many amenities for year round enjoyment.

Stillwater Estates Property Owners Association (SEPOA) is located at the intersection of Routes 940 and 380 in Pocono Summit.  SEPOA is located mainly on the western side of Route 380 with some properties on the eastern side.  SEPOA is not to be confused with Stillwater Lake Civic Association, which is located on the east side of Route 380.
